Rams to Hire Mike LaFleur as OC || Mike LaFleur as OC

As per a report from the NFL Organization’s Ian Rapoport, the Los Angeles Rams are recruiting former New York Jets hostile facilitator Mike LaFleur for their hostile organizer position.

LaFleur spent the last two seasons as the hostile facilitator for the New York Jets. Regardless of never finishing higher than 22nd in hostile DVOA, New York’s 8.3% hostile DVOA in 2021 and 9.6% hostile DVOA in 2022 were superior to eight of the Panthers’ last nine seasons. LaFleur has also recently served as the San Francisco 49ers’ passing game coordinator and wide receiver mentor.

This season, the Los Angeles Rams’ negative DVOA of 8.1% ranked them 23rd in the league. It is the group’s most memorable season with a negative, hostile DVOA under lead trainer Sean McVay, who is set to get back to the Rams subsequent to pondering retirement this past offseason.
