On January 29, Castore, a UK sportswear company, signed a six-year kit deal with Feyenoord and became the club’s retail partner.

The agreement, which coincides with Castore’s decision to relocate its European operations and distribution headquarters to Rotterdam, is said to be worth €50 million over the term.

Castore takes over for Adidas, which had been Feyenoord’s kit sponsor since 2014. The partnership will begin in the 2023–24 season. After 19 games, Feyenoord currently holds a two-point advantage over the Eredivisie.

Castore’s Director of Partnerships, Pascal Lafitte, stated: “Castore’s partnership with a club with such a long history and its first foray into the Dutch market are significant milestones.” It is exciting that Feyenoord recognizes the significance of the marginal gains brought about by our kits and trusts us to assist them in achieving their goals. Our founders’ goal was to have world-class athletes wear our products.

Feyenoord’s first team, women’s team, and youth academy teams will all wear the Castore kit.

Feyenoord Rotterdam’s Chief Commercial Officer, Joris van Dijk, stated: “Castore is establishing an impressive international production and distribution network and touts itself as a contender in the international sportswear market.”

From the upcoming season on, Feyenoord’s merchandise lines will be significantly more accessible to our supporters across the country and around the world as a result of this network. Within the collaboration, unique products are also created exclusively for Feyenoord.

Castore has been expanding its football portfolio, which now includes Rangers FC, Sevilla, Newcastle United, and Aston Villa.
