Purdy called it “bizarre” to be playing on the same field as Brady. He even stated – man that’s Tom Brady, talking to guys and dapping guys up and stuff. Being a kid, I watched that guy kill it throughout all these years and then give him a high five and that was pretty cool.
He also mentioned that he was happy to have the support of his family and they were there to watch his game. His family stood throughout his school, and college days and just believed in him and they always saw the best in him.
Braddy struggled to find his way, finishing with one touchdown, 253 yards, and two interceptions. After the match, 45-year-old Brady complimented Purdy’s performance, saying he played “really well”. Brady added he wished his team could have done a better job.
